Job Role:Building Construction : Site Superintendent
Job Description:
On a day to day basis, the Solar PV Construction Manager will manage our crews and our contractor’s crews, negotiate change orders, enforce sites safety etc. on major installation of large (1 kW+) solar systems. The solar projects being constructed are simultaneous throughout the Northeast.
To be qualified for this opportunity, candidates must have solar experience.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Construction Management and/or Construction Administration is preferred
Relevant construction management experience in lieu of Degree will be considered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superb time management and project scheduling skills.
Hands on skills with solar installations is a must and show experience/knowledge in other trade disciplines, not limited to electrical, roofing, etc.
A sound knowledge of applicable codes and OSHA safety criteria is also required.
Must have proven track record of successfully managing the construction of large, complex projects of over $1M each.
Travel is required for this position, and typically is 80% to 100% of the time, depending on job location. Regardless, the CM must be available at any hour of the day to personally address job site emergencies.
Must have computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project. Accubid experience is a plus.
